Job Title: Lease Funding Coordinator

Responsibilities: The Funding Coordinator will assist with documentation review and funding of transactions.  Duties include reviewing signed lease documents, auditing funding packages, creating checklists for open items, and collecting open items to prepare the contract for funding.  Funding coordinators will be in constant communication with the credit underwriters, sales managers, and brokers.

Requirements: Minimum one year of commercial lease experience.  Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
