Mr. Hamilton is the founder or co-founder of many companies, including Premier Leasing Academy Inc., Premier Funding Group, Inc., and Patriot Capital Group Inc. David is originally from Tennessee and a graduate of East Tennessee State University where he earned a BBA with a major in marketing and additional studies in Finance. Post college, David worked in the securities industry where he traded for companies such as IDS American Express and Raymond James Securities. Working in the securities industry, David traded stocks, bonds and later moved into financial data modeling where he developed financial strategies for corporate clients for M&A purposes. In the early nineties David founded a company called Equipment Funding Group, Inc. a commercial equipment finance company, which was sold for a profit. David co-founded a second company called Premier Funding Group, Inc in 1995. Patriot Capital Group, Inc. founded in 2004 as an insurance agency, which serves the builder / development industry. Providing surety bonds and commercial liability insurance. David resides in North Atlanta, GA with his wife and 2 children. Randy Russell Mr. Russell is the co-founder of Premier Funding Group, Inc. and Premier Leasing Academy, Inc. Randy is a Georgia native and a graduate of The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a BBA in Finance in 1988. Directly out of college Randy went to work for an equipment leasing company based outside of Atlanta. He worked there for 6 years in sales, calling on equipment vendors and later on independent lease brokers. In 1995 he, along with David Hamilton, founded Premier Funding Group, Inc. Premier Funding Group, as a small ticket leasing company, has generated over $100,000,000 in leases since its inception. Its primary focus is in working with small ticket equipment leasing companies providing them with back office services and access to over 20 different lending programs. He currently resides in Milton, GA with his wife of 20 years and two children. James DuBos Mr. DuBos has co-founded or been the principle of 10 companies including Premier Leasing Academy, Inc. Jim is a Louisiana native, where he attended Louisiana State University. For a period of 5 years after college Jim worked for large corporate entities and then in 1992 started his first company. During his professional life he has been involved with the M&A of over 25 companies. Over the course of his career he has sold three of the companies creating a net worth over 350 million for his employees. In 2000 he founded DuBos & Associates, LLC as an M&A equity finance company, serving startup companies raising first round funding. He currently resides in North Atlanta, GA with his wife of 20 years and three children. |
