CALLING ALL LAWYERS!
TAA is compiling a list of all attorneys in various states that are gathering information from Norvergence customers for a potential future action or defense so that TAA can match up people looking for lawyers to lawyers in a specific state. TAA will also be referring lawyers to other lawyers.
If you are such an attorney, please send a fax on your letterhead to TAA at 909-494-4257. In addition to your contact information, please include a brief summary of your intent, the number of Norvergence customers you have gathered up and the states you will be working in.
CALLING ALL LEGAL THEORIES
Do you know where or what the Norvergence "smoking gun" is? The Internet chat boards are full of conspiracy theories and statements like, "It's as simple as this: __________". If you are a chat board participant and you think that one or two theories you've read about are ready to be run through the Norvergence Customer Legal Co-op lawyers, please send TAA a summary of the theory so we can do just that.

TAA has reviewed the 100+ Norvergence agreements sent in by TAA members and has come up with the following names and states for 16 Norvergence leasing companies. Everyone seems to want a complete list so if you're "in the know" can you check our list and send us an email to dbaldwin@telecomagent.org letting TAA know which ones are missing?

Please include your full contact information and which Norvergence leasing company you were assigned to.
