Dear Dan: 

 Report from Court: The hearing just closed. The court has converted the case to chapter 7 liquidation and is putting in a trustee. Qwest will be permitted to shut down its lines at 5:00 Eastern (Thursday,) assuming the trustee is in place today. We approached T-Mobile and Sprint, and they are going to make a proposal to keep the cell customers. We will follow with additional updates as soon as we can.
